The cooperative model is based on participation and democracy which best suits our outreach goals for community action. It allows a real commitment of the members in decision making: one member – one vote.

It is important to us that valoristes actively participate in the development of the cooperative and that they feel they can have control of its destiny.

It is also important to us that our social mission weigh as much as our financial goals.

Moreover, by choosing a solidarity cooperative that accepts community support members, we wish to anchor the cooperative in the Montreal community. It allows organizations and individuals who support our cause and contribute to its present and future.
